a fitness professional! I love what I
do, and have
over thirteen years experience in educating, motivating, and guiding people of
all ages and abilities on their way towards better health. I have worked
with the entire spectrum of individuals - from inexperienced exercisers,
to teenage athletes, to seniors, to those seeking improved recovery after
undergoing physical therapy. $0

simple. Those results may mean body fat loss, recovery from injury,
improved self-concept, increased strength, or a stronger more stable
core. The results you seek may be something completely different! Results are specific to each
individual, and are brought about through planning.
Goal-setting is imperative in any exercise program. After all, why put
forth the time and effort when you don’t get anything in return? My job
is to help you to set attainable, realistic goals and then follow through with
a plan of action to reach them. $0
